Chaz and AJ spoke with Luis Arce this morning, who helped the tanker truck driver that found his vehicle on fire on 91 a few weeks ago. The fire stopped traffic for hours, but that gave Luis time to meet Chris, the driver of the truck, and develop a friendship after saving him from the side of the road.
