In this Episode we chat with Blake Bernard owner of Grindhaus in Bakersfield California. He came to visit the gym and we took a trip to Westside Barbell to visit Louie Simmons. Blake started Grindhaus little over a year and has grown his gym to 150 clients and in a 4000sf facility.
