In the next episode of Building Success Stories, we move to the next step in the process of How to Get in Front of the Right People, a system that I have developed to identify your target audience and gather the information necessary to reach (aka get in front of), engage and influence the people in that audience to become loyal customers.
After you identify WHO is in your target market, you then look at WHAT — the needs and wants of this audience for which you can provide a solution. Many businesses try to engage their audience by talking about the business or themselves but to engage better, you must connect with the audience through their own interests.
