Today’s guest, Emma Pinnock, has been a teacher for more than 20 years, much of which was spent working in special needs education.
Following the birth of her son Alex, who has down syndrome, Emma Pinnock set up a consultancy called Essential Education Group based in Birmingham, offering families practical advice on navigating the SEND journey.
