The Rangers dropped game 1 at the Garden 3-0 to the Panthers. There seemed to be a lack of energy in the building. Fans and Mark Messier seem to want Matt Rempe in the lineup for a spark. The Rangers gave up a soft goal, deflected one into their own net and the last was an empty netter. The Rangers had 2 breakaways and came away with nothing. Boomer felt like Florida was smothering the Rangers. Boomer is also annoyed at the way ESPN is shooting these games. Jerry is here for his first update of the day and starts with all of the sounds from the Rangers loss to the Panthers. The Yankees beat the Mariners as Juan Soto hit 2 homeruns.
