After the pleasantries, the guys dive into their once-around the NFC East. The guys begin with the New York Giants. Landon breaks down New York’s talented weapons while John details why the quarterback position will hold them back. John also laughs about NYG trading away Damon Harrison only to draft a NT in the first round. Landon discusses the best and worst players on the Giants defense.

The guys then move on to the Washington Redskins. The guys begin by discussing the injury situation at the quarterback while also giving their thoughts on Dwayne Haskins. John discusses why the Trent Williams situation could be the undoing of the offense while Landon discusses the relative talent at receiver.
