Within this podcast I had the pleasure to speak with Dez about his work with Psycho-sensory healing. He also spoke about his incredible work of using EFT, Matrix Reimprinting and Havening to reprogram the mind a heal from trauma. The Havening Techniques are a healing modality that is designed to help individuals overcome problems that are the consequence of traumatic encoding. The Havening Techniques belong to a larger group of methods called psycho-sensory therapies, which use sensory input to alter thought, mood, and behavior.

Firstly let me start by giving my deep thanks and gratitude for your being here you are truly appreciated and welcome always.

Looking back over my lifetime I have always been a healing soul, the one to offer compassion, to be the mediator, the voice of calm and reason in stormy situations from early childhood and that energy is with me always.

So you may have thought I would naturally walk into a life path that would be congruent with my loving, kind personality, however, life had different plans and ones I now come to understand, as I have walked my journey and came to illuminate the dots that had been hidden from me up unto that point, thanks to a good bit of inner work, but largely thanks to EFT & Matrix Reimprinting which continues to blow me more and more every time I use it, hence why my love and passion for this is as strong as it is.

I ended up spending just short of 17 years in the British Army, years I'll always be truly grateful for, as those experiences helped forge the person I am today, and for that, I'm truly grateful, but ultimately early dices with death in Kosovo 2001 that were never addressed and brushed away became the source of my journey out of the Army and that of my greatest blessing in a strange turn of events.

My reconnection to my true self came through going through one of the darkest times in my life when the beautiful soul I was with and shortly to ask to marry came to pass in her sleep as she laid there beside me and I remain eternally grateful for her presence in my life.
