Jim Birch, COO of The Olde Mecklenburg Brewery, joins Trent and Patrick on “At Home with Roby”. Jim was a home brewer for about 20 – 25 years. His career in the brew industry officially started after a move to Asheville in 2015. Jim shares details about his time in Asheville followed by New Orleans, his role at OMB where he oversees all aspects of the brewery's operations including production, distribution, marketing and finance, and the brewery’s plans to expand to Ballantyne, Mt.
