On this episode of AOS I sat down with Professor James Woodfield-Jones for a third time! James is the head coach and owner of Sustainable Jiu Jitsu.
We had a chat about self defence and the importance of teaching both grappling for fun and for self defence.
James has recently released Vol 1 of a weapons defence course based on sharp objects - knives and screw drivers etc. It is available for purchase on SJJ website. James is also open to workshops and seminars upon request.
James will also spending a day instructing at the Free Rollers HQ in Port Kennedy on 6 December 2020 for anyone that is interested in checking out his jiu jitsu and self defence mindset.
