Today we're talking with Phil Sussman, an Army Special Operations Veteran, teacher, photographer, and co-founder of American Yogi. In this episode, Phil dives deep into the mental and physical trauma of being in the military. He doesn't sugarcoat anything and gets to the root of these traumas, their consequences, as well as the steps he's taken to rebuild his life, body, and relationship with his family.
