How I Have Been Managing My Mental Health Struggle
Manage episode 435456521 series 3471689
Trigger warning - mention of suicide
This is the longest Alchemy episode to date, and I think that it is because it is also one of my most vulnerable shares on the show. In this discussion, I share some of my recent mental health struggles and what I have done to help process and move through the heaviness. It is my hope that by sharing my experience, others will feel comfortable doing the same, and together, we can help shift the stigma and conditioning around mental health issues.
Disclaimer: I do not diagnose or treat any mental or medical conditions. I share what has helped me from my personal experience.
