Steve Fife never pictured himself as the CEO of a network marketing company. His adult children were living in Utah when a recruiter contacted him about a CFO position at LifeVantage. He mainly agreed to take the role so he could move closer to his children, despite not having any previous network marketing experience. The opportunity led to Steve stepping in as the interim CEO and then becoming the current CEO in 2020. Steve leads LifeVantage with a clear strategy thanks to a careful blend of his financial background and big-picture goals. He is excited to help LifeVantage break through current limits. His best piece of advice for Distributors? Show up every day, even when it’s hard.
Steve Fife likes to exceed expectations. And that might be putting it mildly. Steve brings over 3 decades of financial leadership experience to LifeVantage. He has achieved amazing results in several executive-level positions. In other words, he’s really good at what he does. He balances the financial side of the business with an exciting growth strategy to create value for customers, shareholders, and employees. Steve is passionate about bringing affordable, science-based products to market and helping companies reach their potential. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in the State of California and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
