Janet shares her journey of discovering the various prayer styles individuals have, and how these styles are influenced by their unique personalities. Janet also provides a glimpse into her book, "Prayer Changes Teens: How to Parent from Your Knees," offering practical guidance for parents navigating prayer in the context of parenting teens.
