Welcome to our podcast about female empowerment and, oh yeah....orgasms. Finally, there is a podcast dedicated to your sexual awakening, especially in mid-life. Female empowerment involves moving past the conditioning of shame regarding sexuality and invites you back to love yourself into wholeness. We celebrate women with uninhibited sex talk, intimate conversations, and positive information regarding physical, emotional and mental blocks to feeling comfortable and confident about your body and expressing yourself through your sexuality.

Clare is a Chicago-based certified sex, love, and intimacy coach, author, licensed massage therapist, and former registered dietitian who had her own sexual awakening at 48. She mixes embodiment coaching and healing bodywork for her local clients and runs in-person and online women's circles to support women in their empowerment journey. The art of embodiment is learning to be present in your body with all the sensations. Connecting to your body activates your power but it takes time to relearn to connect. Most of us live in our heads and walk around disconnected from our bodies. Clare offers guided body meditations and movement therapy as options to learn embodiment.

Rachel is a Scottish-bred photographer who focuses on helping women love themselves and specializes in portraits and boudoir photographs that celebrate achievements and overcoming obstacles. Her work is both local in her private studio and photographing clients in lush locations like Florence, Italy and Paris, France. Her work has been recognized, especially her Forty over Forty Exhibition. Rachel is married to her high school sweetheart and has three children.

Clare and Rachel met online during CoVid and Rachel experienced coaching by Clare. We became friends and decided to meet in person in June 2022 in Edinburgh, Scotland where Rachel lives. We created and presented our first in-person workshop and plan to offer more workshops and retreats as our audience grows. We even got matching forearm tattoos with the cursive "empowered" to sister bond us forever!

Using client and guest stories we are on a mission to promote positive sex education and help you reclaim your mid-life power. We want you to have the sex and love life you've always wanted, whether that is solo or with a partner(s), while also embracing your flaws and imperfections with loving self-acceptance.
