In the 68th episode of Be Real, I will be joined by Zach Mathers, a recovery life coach, speaker, and the founder of Braving The Journey. He is helping people realign their lives and be the best that they can be. In this episode, we are going to talk about life rebuilding, and the best ways to convert bad habits into good ones. Zach is someone that has always chased his dreams. At a young age, he started a non-profit organization filming stories of suffering in injustice around the world to help bring exposure to situations no one was aware of. This helped shift his worldview and have more love and compassion for others around him. Zach has always sought to encourage others and help them live out their full potential. Along the road of helping others, Zach found himself struggling with alcohol and the shame attached to it. He dove into counseling and a road of discovering the roots behind his addiction and the resources he needed to stay sober. Through that journey he had to address the shame he felt from his actions in life. Realizing the paralyzing power of shame Zach now works to coach others and bring hope to people that are stuck in their own shame and addictions. Zach now takes what he has learned in his recovery and coaches people toward sobriety and changing their lives. He believes that everyone needs to look at the root of the problem. She has coached thousands of plunges and helped other people to cure their illnesses. Ready to get rid of your chronic pains and illnesses? Tune in! In this episode, we are going to talk about health and wellness. Her journey started when she was 32 years old, and her health suddenly went down. She went to various doctors and specialists, but nothing fixed her. In the first two years of being sick, she was diagnosed with 3 separate auto-immune conditions which include Hashimoto Thyroiditis and Eosinophilic Esophagitis. And in the third year of being sick, she gained 50lbs and had anxiety and depression. Her life became dependent on prescription pills, vitamins, and supplements where she takes more than 20 pills per day. She also needs 2 live antibody shots every month. She was told that she would die if she skipped her medications. She tried to do an ice bath and made it a regular thing. She has not felt any of the symptoms that she’s had for years. She went back to her Endocrinologist and all her blood proved that her Hashimoto's condition had disappeared. Even her doctor was shocked because what she had was incurable. She made a remarkable recovery from Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, which was (until now) thought to be a permanent and degenerative condition. Her medical doctors had prescribed drugs and exhorted her to take them for the rest of her life, under the penalty of premature death. She has stopped her medications, and her health is better than ever. She is cured! If there are things I’d like you to listen to, it’s her courage to do whatever it takes to be healthy and live a normal life. She is determined to fight her diseases and never loses hope. We are also going to talk about having more time in our life, how to get over overwhelm, and how to find joy. A couple of years ago, Erin suffered from anxiety disorder and panic attacks. She has been through traumas that affected how she sees the world, and her anxiety disorder flipped her world. She can no longer do the things she usually does, like doing a ten-mile run without having panic attacks. She also had to stop working as a Special Education teacher because she passed out once, and doesn't want to cause trauma to the children anymore. Her anxiety held her up for 9 months at home, then she got a call and was recommended to go to a homeopathic psychologist. She had an appointment and after their talk, all her years of trauma were gone. Then she decided to live a simpler life and moved to Hawaii and started a business within 24 hrs, multi 6 figure contract in a year and a half, but the simpler life she wanted didn't happen. Instead of owning the business, her business owned her. In this episode, she will share how she overcame her traumas and anxiety through the help of the people around her, and by changing her perception towards things. This episode will make you realize that achieving a joyful heart is simple. If there are things I would like you to listen to, it is her positivity and mindset. What she hopes to get across today is to empower people so that they can create a different experience; they do not have to live in fear. In the 62nd episode of Be Real, I had the pleasure of interviewing Dr. Robert Yoho, a retired physician and author of the book Butchered by Healthcare. This episode is so timely as the media only portrays one side of the narrative and that is big pharma and media. This episode with Dr. Yoho, will hopefully show you that there's another side of v.a.c.c.i.n.e.s that big media has hidden and there are quite a few things that one should know prior to taking a v.a.c.c.i.n.e. Dr. Yoho also was the whistleblower behind how pharma is paid out and how lobbyists have corrupted the system. Whatever you decide in life is 100% your choice and I support it, I just want to make sure that the facts are being shared with everyone and that trusting the “science” may not be as scientific as one thing. Stay blessed, stay safe, share this episode, and please make sure you question everything in life. What is so sad to me, is that in order to not get censored by big media and tech companies, we had to delete and relaunch the episode and change the spelling of certain words that start with C or V. We are a free nation, we have freedom of speech. When we let that go, we lose everything. Australia has been on lockdown. They have “qu@rantine” camps. Chicago is arresting people for eating without showing a V card. New York is the same. You are supposed to get an experimental drug that crosses your brain barrier and it isn’t even effective…. It is time we stand up to tyranny and speak the truths. I have been saying since last year, this is not right. I am glad that people are standing up for what is right! She doesn’t actually want to be introduced with her profession and line of work because her sole purpose of guesting in our podcast is to inspire people, and not to advertise her business. But I can’t help flexing her achievements, because she deserves proper recognition. Naomi is the owner of Naomi Mamiye Design. She designs hospitals, hotels, nursing facilities, drug rehab centers, corporate offices, and investment properties across the U.S. She mentors beginner designers as she is seen as a leader in the field. Not only is she an entrepreneur, she actively helps and coaches other people to start businesses of their own, and not see them as future competition. Before her success, achievements, and awards, Naomi went through huge obstacles when her mother passed. Those obstacles made her stronger and braver in life. When she grew older, she was still at rock bottom with no income or family to lean on. So she decided to monetize her talents to support herself. People used to laugh when she said she’s starting a design firm, and instead of feeling down, she used it as fuel to propel herself ahead and prove them wrong. Years later, she is considered a leader in the design field and constantly gets asked by beginner designers for advice or to watch her do her magic. In this episode, we will talk about how she overcame the hardships she went through, and the lessons she learned along the way. Due to this nerve condition, she also developed Osteoarthritis leaving her almost wheelchair-bound and causing her growth to stop completely. The ongoing traumas of her early childhood inevitably played a major role in suppressing Amy’s confidence throughout her life, especially being so short during an age when all a child wants to do is “fit in”, and certainly not stand out because they looked so different. Amy’s continuous challenges in her daily life will always remain ‘real’, but with a ‘work in progress’ attitude, an ability to laugh at herself and to laugh in general, a continuous evolving perspective of her mind, and a loving supportive personal environment, Amy always has a positive perspective on life and loves socializing with different, interesting people, never letting her limitations affect any of her engagements or working life! She is renowned for being professional, honest, friendly, upbeat, and having a fantastic sense of humor. Her key talents include memorizing words within a fast time frame, making people feel at ease very quickly, determination to achieve close to perfection ‘as she sees it’, patience in learning how things work, and the ability to think ‘outside the box. If there’s one thing I’d like you to listen to, it’s her positivity and courageous mindset. She didn’t let her disability be her disability. I am so honored to interview such a brave and resilient woman! Make sure you listen to these tracks: 04:37 - A rare medical condition where temperatures can not be felt 05:58 - “I had Cataracts at the age of one.” 12:35 - Getting out from the dark and negative space 16:00 - Fought against low self-esteem and conquering the world 18:13 - “I did get a life coach.... ‘Cause you can't really bounce off yourself.” 20:41 - “We all have the choice to live in the present, or the past, or to be happy is a choice. So that instant, I made a choice to leave the past." 24:51 - "When you're stuck, you overthink. And that's probably the worst thing you can do.” http://facebook.com/AmySinhaVoiceOverArtist http://instagram.com/amysinhavoice http://linkedin.com/in/amy-sinha-18b3a24b…
