Tonight’s psalm speaks of a deep, personal love for the Lord, born out of the reassurance that He hears us. God listens to our cries, our prayers, and our joys, reminding us that we are never alone. His attentive presence invites us to trust Him more deeply and love Him more fervently.
Take a moment to recall the times God has heard your prayers — the moments of comfort, strength, and peace He has given. Breathe out any doubts or fears, and breathe in the confidence that He hears you even now. Let your love for Him grow as you rest in His faithfulness.
A.C.T.S. REFLECTION
ADORATION: Praise God for being a loving, attentive Father who hears your prayers. Rejoice in His closeness and care.
CONFESSION: Acknowledge any times when you doubted God’s attentiveness or hesitated to bring your needs to Him. Ask for renewed trust in His listening ear.
THANKSGIVING: Thank God for hearing your voice in every season—in joy and sorrow, in peace and in struggle. Give thanks for the comfort and assurance He brings.
SUPPLICATION: Father, thank You for hearing me and loving me deeply. Help me to trust in Your faithfulness and to love You with all my heart. Let me rest tonight knowing that You hear my prayers and will respond in Your perfect way.

Dear God, my soul has strayed from You. Comfort and peace have alluded me. I have searched for ways to return to You but to no avail. I may sleep tonight, but it will not be true rest. That only comes from You. I earnestly and eagerly ask that You restore my heart to You. Bring me back to a place of harmony with Your Spirit. I am tired and weary. May Your word be my bread. May Your Spirit be my water. May Your loving embrace and tender mercy be my rest. In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen.🙏🏾
