ABOUT US:

LILLY is a provisional psychologist, certified hypnotherapist and women's coach with over 4 years experience. She helps women build more confidence, find peace within themselves, break through limiting beliefs, and overcome issues with body image, self-worth and relationships. She is currently working in a multidisciplinary specialist eating disorder team at NSW Health.

JAY is a specialist coach, master practitioner of NLP, and clinical hypnotherapist with over 20 years experience working 1-1 with clients in the areas of personal breakthrough, mindset, health, relationships and business. With a practical focus for change, Jay works closely with the unconscious mind to help individuals transform their identity, breakthrough negative patterns and behaviours and create a life they love.

We look forward to welcoming you on this transformative journey as we equip you with the tools and strategies for lasting change.
