Joe Hand Jr.’s father, Joe Hand, Sr. began his professional career as a Philadelphia Police Detective, but always had an eye and passion for sports, particularly boxing. In 1967, Mr. Hand became a charter member of Cloverlay Corporation, the organization that helped guide Joe Frazier to the heavyweight championship. Mr. Hand became intrigued by the prospect of forming his own company specializing in sports promotions, and did so with his family in 1971, launching Joe Hand Promotions from a row home in Northeast Philadelphia.

Joe Hand, Jr. was a basketball star during his time at La Salle High School in Philadelphia. He won a scholarship to King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA. He was drafted by the Philadelphia 76ers in the 10th round of the 1980 NBA Draft.

Pascrell is a Partner at Princton Public Affairs Group, Inc, the nation’s largest state based public, regulatory and government affairs firm. He is a lawyer, strategic advisor, and consultant in the gaming sector through dozens of clients throughout the globe from the U.S., Canada, United Kingdom, Israel, Europe, South America, and Australia. He is recognized as one of the nation’s top experts on internet gaming, lottery, horse racing, poker, esports, and sports betting, and continues to advise governments across the globe on issues involving the gaming industry. He has also been a pioneer in passing first in the nation legislation on Lottery Courier, Esports Wagering and Fixed Odds-Horse Racing. Public service and governance have been a cornerstone of Pascrell’s career. He has served as Counsel to New Jersey Governor James Florio (1989-1992), Chief of Staff to US Congressman Herb Klein(1992-1994), and Passaic County Counsel from 1998 to 2019, advising on critical governance matters through multiple terms. Rebuck was appointed by Governor Chris Christie in 2011 as Director of the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement. Before that, he served for 23 years as a Deputy Attorney General, specializing in policy guidance and regulatory reform. He played a key role in the legalization and implementation of internet gaming in New Jersey, with the state launching its online gaming platform in November 2013. Rebuck was instrumental in New Jersey’s efforts to legalize sports betting, culminating in the U.S. Supreme Court’s 2018 decision to overturn PASPA, allowing states to legalize sports wagering. Martelli is a legendary basketball coach with a career spanning nearly five decades, known for his leadership, integrity, and dedication. He spent 34 years at Saint Joseph's University, first as an assistant and then as head coach for 24 years, before joining the University of Michigan's basketball program in 2019 as associate head coach under Juwan Howard. At Michigan, Martelli helped lead the team to significant achievements, including a 2021 Big Ten title and back-to-back Sweet 16 appearances in the NCAA Tournament. Martelli’s coaching success includes numerous postseason victories, with highlights such as guiding Saint Joseph’s to an undefeated regular season in 2003-04 and earning National Coach of the Year honors in 2004. He is the all-time leader in career wins at Saint Joseph’s and has produced multiple NBA players, including Jameer Nelson and Delonte West. Beyond basketball, Martelli is committed to community service and education through his "Make a Difference" initiative. His goal is to inspire people—whether in schools, workplaces, or sports teams—to create positive change by embracing gratitude, building meaningful relationships, and striving for continuous improvement. However, he did achieve that goal at a pretty interesting time. In his interview with WGY's Doug Goudie, he talks about how just 30 days after opening the dealership in November 2019, General Motors went on strike. About 90 days later, the Covid-19 pandemic began. At first, there was concern, not knowing which direction the automotive industry would go, but it ended up taking a turn in the opposite direction & became the best timing they could have asked for. Like so many other businesses, Guelcher & his team have also dealt with supply chain issues over the past couple years. Between the parts & microchip shortages, Guelcher has stayed true to the core values of his business to carry them thru. Prince has played for several leagues including the NFL, AFL, NAL, XFL, and even the AAF. His list of accolades is like no other. He is a 3-time arena football champion. Winning the 2017 Arenabowl, 2021 National Arena League Championship, and 2022 National Arena League Championship. He has been a 2-Time All-Arena First Team Offense, 3-Time All-NAL First Team Offense, Arenabowl XXX MVP, 2021 National Arena League Offensive Player of the Year, and 2022 National Arena League MVP. All without playing college football. In January 2020, Darius Prince joined the XFL and signed with the New York Guardians and was unfortunately waived for final roster cuts. In 2021, Darius Prince signed with the Albany Empire and had multiple historic seasons winning 2 NAL titles being awarded 2021 National Arena League Offensive Player of the Year, and being the first Wide Receiver National Arena League MVP in 2022. He scored 29 touchdowns in 2021 and a massive 39 in 2022. After playing for Albany and Orlando in 2023 he had 28 touchdowns.
