The Importance of Knowing Your Numbers, with Leandra Nisbet Leandra Nisbet is the founder of The Stingray Advisory Group. Her focus is on making complex business tasks approachable and actionable for entrepreneurs. She's passionate about empowering business owners to leverage their numbers effectively. We dove into some of the biggest mistakes that entrepreneurs make in their online business, as it relates to finances. First Mistake: Not Separating Personal and Business Finances: Many entrepreneurs overlook the importance of separating personal and business finances. Having a dedicated business account streamlines financial tracking and saves time and stress in the long run. Second Mistake: Trying to Serve Everyone: You must niche down and be intentional with your target audience. Trying to serve everyone dilutes your brand and marketing efforts. Focus on engaging with the right audience for your business. Third Mistake: Lack of Systems and Processes: Not having systems in place can hinder business growth. Establish processes for project management, expense tracking, and income management to ensure efficiency and scalability. Project Management Tools: We discussed project management tools like Zoho Projects and Asana, emphasizing the importance of centralized platforms for effective project management. Cash Flow Management: Cash flow is essential for business survival. Regularly track income and expenses, analyze historical data, and forecast future cash flow to make informed financial decisions. Three Steps to Start Tracking Numbers: Begin by reviewing expenses: Analyse your bank statements to understand where your money is going. Implement systems for income management: Set up automated invoice reminders to ensure timely payments. Develop a budget: Start with a simple budget template or use accounting software to track income and expenses regularly. Expense Planning Calculator: Leandra offers an expense planning checklist and calculator to help entrepreneurs track their finances effectively. Remember: Knowledge is power. Don't be afraid to use data to your advantage and take control of your business! Get The Calculator: https://go.stingrayadvisorygroup.com/1v5ud3lh…

I've got a story to share that takes me back to a time when I made a serious mistake in my online coaching business – one that almost drove me crazy. Today, I want to spill the beans on what happened and how it nearly cost me the success I was dreaming of. So, grab your favorite beverage and settle in for a real talk. Alright, let's rewind a bit. Back then, my coaching business was all about high ticket offers. Sounds good, right? Well, not exactly. I realized I was missing out on connecting with so many incredible people who couldn't quite reach those high prices. Lesson learned: high ticket ONLY can be a double-edged sword. Picture this: I, too, have been on the other side as a coaching participant. Jumping from one 10k program to another, only to find out that some didn't quite match up to what I was already teaching myself. Cold sweat, anyone? It hit me hard that there had to be a better way to bring value BEFORE people dive into your high ticket Enter the hero of the story – micro offers. These little gems changed the game for me. They became the secret sauce to building trust with potential clients. Think about it – lower barriers, specific problem-solving, and immediate wins. It's like giving them a taste of success right from the start. Now, let me share my Micro Offer Formula. It's not about those gimmicky, valueless trip wires. No, no. These offers are jam-packed with value, delivering on a specific promise. We're not throwing in the kitchen sink, but we're definitely stirring up desire for the next step, whether it's a mid-tier offer or diving straight into the high ticket program. One of our fantastic clients recently woke up to a sale from her brand new micro offer. It's like having a 24/7 trust-building machine working for her. Imagine that – a machine that keeps on giving and ascending clients into her coaching program. Beautiful, isn't it? Alright, lovely souls, here's the deal. I've got something special for you. Head over to my Instagram , and drop me a DM with the word "masterclass." Why? Because I want to invite you to a free masterclass where I spill all the secrets on creating your own converting micro offer in just three days. Trust me; it's a game-changer. Can't wait to see you there!…

The Maeve Ferguson Podcast

This week's episode is a short yet impactful one, focusing on a powerful experience that recently reminded the host of a valuable lesson from 2017. The central theme revolves around questioning what we believe to be true and examining the stories we tell ourselves. I delve into personal insights provided by their mindset coach, Kashia Rutkowiak, emphasizing the ability to create narratives in our minds that influence decision-making. This self-reflection extends to personal and business aspects, and I would love you to identify and challenge stories you may be telling yourself. The episode draws parallels to common narratives in business, especially those heard during sales calls. I encourage you to analyze your beliefs at different stages of your business, from top-of-funnel cold audiences to client delivery, and question the validity of your narratives. Top of Funnel: Reflect on stories told about attracting cold and warm audiences. Challenge beliefs that may not align with the actual situation. Middle of Funnel: Explore narratives around the latest strategies and tactics for building email lists. Examine the reasons people join your email list and question assumptions. Nurturing and Sales Mechanisms: Analyze beliefs regarding sales mechanisms. Address any preconceived notions from past experiences or external influences. Client Acquisition: Question beliefs about the affordability of your niche. Challenge assumptions that may hinder successful client acquisition. Client Delivery: Reflect on personal insecurities regarding client satisfaction. Acknowledge and challenge imposter syndrome and self-doubt. I encourage you to take time to scrutinize each aspect of your business model and personal life. By questioning beliefs, you may uncover stories you've been telling yourself that may not align with reality. If you found this episode valuable, don't forget to leave a review and share it with others. Sharing insights with fellow experts and coaches can lead to those enlightening "aha" moments. Welcome back to the Maeve Ferguson podcast, and I'm thrilled to dive into Episode 104. Today, I want to share some insights on a topic that has transformed my coaching business – how to sign coaching clients without resorting to spammy DMs. Let me take you on a journey back to the early days of my business when I found myself sending messages that felt icky, spammy, and far from authentic. I remember desperately trying to initiate conversations with phrases like "I love your profile" or discussing mundane topics like the weather just to connect with potential clients. It didn't align with who I am, but at that time, I felt stuck, like I had no other choice if I wanted to grow my coaching business. Fast forward a few years, and I found myself on the living room floor, playing with my kids. Meanwhile, my coaching offers were seamlessly converting into paying clients on autopilot. The magic behind this transformation lies in what I call The Voice Note DM Sales System – a method that revolves around four critical components. First and foremost, we delve into pain points profiling and ideal client identification. If you're receiving less than seven inbound keywords a day, it's a signal that your points profiling needs refining. This is the foundation for creating content that resonates with your ideal clients, making them feel heard and understood. Moving on to the second component, crafting a script becomes crucial in converting leads into buyers. Through extensive testing, we've discovered that scripted voice notes significantly boost the know, like, and trust factor, resulting in higher conversion rates. The third component involves automating the process when the volume of inbound keywords becomes overwhelming. Lastly, attracting your ideal client to DM you with a specific keyword sets the entire process in motion. To recap, the four key components are pain points profiling, crafting a conversion script, automating the process, and attracting your ideal client. To help you implement this system, we've prepared a brand new micro-offer at the cost of a cup of coffee. This Voice Note DM Sales System guides you through uncovering pain points, understanding what your ideal client desires, providing a step-by-step conversion script, automating the process, and attracting your ideal client. Simply send the word VOICE to our Instagram to access a demo and witness the power of converting leads to clients on autopilot.…

Context of the Coaching Offer: In our evergreen Lifestyle coaching business model, we employ a quiz funnel to hyper-qualify leads, leading to a micro-offer to build trust and eventually guide clients into the coaching program. This episode focuses on the crucial element: your main coaching offer. Painpoints Profiling: Start with "pain points profiling" to understand your ideal client's language deeply. Use tools like Social Blades to find the genuine language on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook groups. Ensure you don't sanitize language; resonate by using their authentic expressions. Ideal Client Identification: Move beyond surface-level avatars; understand your ideal client profoundly. Aim for a level of understanding that lets you map out a day in their lives in perfect detail. Crafting a Stand-Out Approach: In the online space, a generic approach won't cut it. Develop a unique and standout coaching approach that distinguishes you from the crowd. Crafting Phases and Steps: Develop the phases and steps of your unique approach; these become the modules and lessons in your coaching program. Ensure a tight curriculum; avoid unnecessary content and focus on delivering results quickly. Crafting Toolkits and Bonuses: Address objections through carefully crafted toolkits and bonuses. These should not only expedite results but also directly counter objections your ideal client might have. Sales Page Creation: Your sales page should guide potential clients through the identification of their problems and the impact on their lives. Introduce your methodology as the solution and emphasize that your coaching offer is the implementation of this unique approach. Demonstrate how bonuses and toolkits directly address objections. Building Your Audience: Emphasize the importance of building an audience, especially if running an organic business without paid traffic. Consistent posting should target your ideal client, not just friends or colleagues. If you would love to discover HOW to do all of this, dive into our Coaching Offer Catalyst, available at the price of a cup of coffee. Episode 1 00 - Generational Wealth and Financial Freedom through Real Estate - With Amelia Misenheimer This week marks our 100th episode, a milestone I never thought possible when I first considered starting this podcast. To celebrate, I've brought in a special guest, Amelia Misenheimer, a real estate investment coach. She's a close friend and an expert in this field, and I'm thrilled to have her on the show. Amelia Misenheimer, an Expert Real Estate Investment coach, joins us today. She specializes in guiding successful individuals who aim to build generational wealth and financial freedom through real estate. Amelia shares her background, mentioning she's been investing in real estate since 2010 and has been a full-time real estate professional since 2011. She enjoys working with successful individuals who want to diversify their investments, build generational wealth, increase passive income, and create a life of financial freedom through real estate. We discuss the key elements of real estate investing, focusing on generational wealth and passive income. We delve into the question of when someone is ready to start in real estate investment, emphasizing that there's never a perfect time – you just need to decide to take that first step. The conversation shifts to the advantages of real estate compared to other investment options. Amelia highlights how real estate typically moves inversely to the stock market, offers substantial appreciation potential over time, and can yield significantly higher returns on initial investments. We explore the initial steps for getting into real estate investing. They stress the importance of defining your "why" – whether it's to fund your children's education, retire early, or build a generational wealth portfolio. The goals you set will influence your approach and timeline in real estate investment. Amelia also mentions the benefits of real estate as a way to pass wealth to the next generation, thanks to various tax advantages and opportunities, making it a unique asset for building generational wealth. They tackle common misconceptions about real estate investing, including the idea that it requires a substantial amount of money to start. Amelia clarifies that it's possible to begin with minimal funds and gradually grow your investments. We discuss the importance of staying focused and not becoming overwhelmed when selecting properties, stressing the significance of defining clear goals and property criteria. Amelia shares a personal story about her first real estate investment, where she overlooked a major issue, leading to significant expenses and a valuable lesson. This experience highlights the importance of thorough due diligence. To take Amelia's Quiz click here To connect with Amelia click here…

Welcome to the Maeve Ferguson Podcast, Episode 98! Can you believe we're just two episodes away from our 100th milestone? It's been an incredible journey, and I'm excited to share today's topic with you. In this episode, we'll be exploring four common misconceptions about selling evergreen coaching programs. Misconception #1: Evergreen Delivery Isn't as Effective as Cohort Delivery One of the common misconceptions is that delivering coaching content on evergreen won't be as effective as doing it in a cohort. Some believe that the sense of community and camaraderie is lost in evergreen programs. However, it all comes down to how you run your community. In our Evergreen Lifestyle Business Academy, we ensure that new members feel included through a robust onboarding process. We celebrate wins together, regardless of how long someone has been in the community. Sharing challenges vulnerably fosters a supportive environment, making evergreen just as effective for building connections as cohort programs. Misconception #2: No Cart Close Means No Action Contrary to belief, you don't need cart close deadlines to drive action. It's all about crafting a compelling offer with the right toolkit and bonuses. When you create a no-brainer offer, urgency becomes a natural part of the decision-making process. We also use expiring bonuses to encourage quick decisions. The key is to make your offer so appealing that people can't resist, even without a closing deadline. Misconception #3: You Must Present Live for Weekly Workshops Live workshops can be a powerful tool for engagement, but that doesn't mean you have to be there live every time. You can create a live experience by streaming your workshops and having your team answer questions in real-time. Live sessions often lead to higher attendance rates compared to pre-recorded content. So, while it's live, you don't have to present live every week, avoiding the exhaustion of constant live launches. Misconception #4: You Can't Take a Break from Client Delivery in Evergreen With evergreen enrollment, you can still take breaks from client delivery. Structuring your programs effectively is the key. One strategy is to have a team of coaches to share the load of weekly coaching calls. Alternatively, if you're a solo coach, plan your annual calendar with breaks and holidays in mind. If someone enrolls right before your scheduled vacation, let them know in advance and adjust their program's timeline accordingly. Thank you for joining me for Episode 98. DM me on Instagram with your aha moments; I'd love to hear from you. And if you're interested in learning more about the Four Laws of Filling Your Coaching Programs Without Launching, check out the link here . There, you can register for a free live workshop where I'll dive deeper into this topic. That's a wrap for this week's episode. I can't wait to see you next week for Episode 99!…

Today, we're delving into the world of building your quiz funnel. I've noticed many discussions in various online communities, like Facebook groups, about the best software for creating quizzes and what to consider when building one. That's precisely why I decided to dedicate this podcast episode to this topic. First and foremost, you might wonder why you should even bother with a quiz funnel in your business. Well, if you've tried everything—live launches, challenges, webinars—and received lots of praise but not many clients, it could be a sign that you're attracting unqualified leads. That's where a quiz funnel comes in. Reason number one: it brings in qualified leads. Second, quizzes tap into curiosity, much like the Myers-Briggs test. We're all naturally curious about discovering something new about ourselves. Quizzes make for highly attractive lead magnets with a high organic opt-in rate and low cost per lead when running paid traffic. Now, let's talk about what to consider when building your quiz funnel: The Hook: Your quiz must have a captivating hook that grabs people's attention and stops them from scrolling past. A bland or uninteresting hook won't cut it. Number of Questions: Aim for a sweet spot of 7 to 12 questions. Longer quizzes can overwhelm participants, leading to fewer opt-ins. Questioning Strategy: Craft your questions to guide participants through a journey. Balance between highlighting their pain points and painting a picture of their desired future after experiencing your solution. Diagnostic Questions: Include questions that help diagnose their problems. These insights are gold for shaping your future offers and programs. Future Goals: Ask about their aspirations for the next 12 months related to your niche. This helps tailor your offers to their specific needs. Opt-In Placement: Be strategic about when you ask for their contact information. Don't request it upfront; instead, provide a teaser of their quiz results first. Bespoke Follow-Up: Personalize your follow-up based on the pain points and problems they revealed in their quiz. This sets you apart from generic lead magnets. Offer Placement: Present relevant offers based on their quiz results. If your quiz reveals a specific problem, offer a solution immediately. Audience Building: Use quiz responses to create look-alike audiences for targeted ads. This helps reduce the cost per lead and refine your targeting. KPI Monitoring: Keep a close eye on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as landing page conversion rates, question completion rates, and conversion rates into your offers. Tweak your quiz as needed to optimize these metrics. Remember, building a successful quiz funnel involves understanding the psychology behind it, from the question sequence to the user experience. Don't fall into the trap of believing that quiz funnels don't work if you don't see immediate results. If you're interested in learning more about quiz funnels and how they can benefit your business, we have a free live workshop that covers the topic in detail. Today we are exploring the seven key reasons why you might not be attracting the coaching clients you truly deserve. But don't worry, I've got you covered with an on-demand masterclass that you can access right now. Just head over to this link to dive into this transformative training. In the masterclass, I'll delve into these seven reasons in more detail and, most importantly, I'll reveal how to fix them quickly. So, let's get started with a sneak peek of what's to come: Reason 1: Are you trying to help people with something that isn't a painful enough problem? It's like the old man and his dog story where the dog refuses to get off a nail because it's less painful than moving. If your coaching doesn't address a pressing issue, it's one of the reasons you might struggle to find clients. Reason 2: Your offer may not align with what your ideal clients want to buy. Your coaching promise may not be something they're willing to invest in. But don't worry; I'll share strategies in the workshop to make your offer irresistible. Reason 3: Posting constantly on social media may not be the silver bullet for attracting clients. Being consistent is essential, but only one tiny piece of the picture. Reason 4: Thinking that a few digital trainings, a Facebook group, and some coaching calls are all it takes to sell your coaching offer is a mistake. The landscape has evolved, and this approach will not cut it in today's world. Reason 5: Sounding like every other coach in your industry can be a deal-breaker. You need to stand out and offer a unique approach to capture your ideal client's attention. I'll reveal how to do that in the workshop. Reason 6: Creating a coaching offer without listening to your market is another common pitfall. Instead of making assumptions, you should tune in to what your potential clients truly need. Reason 7: Lastly, having a sales process that feels uncomfortable for both you and your potential clients is a big turn-off. We'll discuss how to avoid that "icky" feeling and create a more natural, authentic sales approach. If you're eager to uncover your main roadblock to getting coaching clients and learn how to fix it swiftly, make sure to sign up for the On-Demand training right away. It's a 60-minute session that will provide you with valuable insights and actionable steps to supercharge your coaching business. See you next week!…

Running a successful beta can be a game-changer. Identifying Your Niche: It's crucial to deeply understand your niche and conduct in-depth research. Using AI and social media can help you identify your ideal client. Defining the Problem You Solve: Your coaching should address a specific, tangible problem or desire. Use AI and social research to pinpoint this problem accurately. Crafting Your Offer: Your offer is more than coaching; it's the entire package that gets clients results. Address objections, use bonuses, and make it a no-brainer. Pricing Your Beta: For a beta, consider pricing it so clients feel they're getting incredible value. You can charge a low fee or even offer it for free if you want, but ensure participants are committed. Audience Building: If not using paid traffic, build an organic audience by positioning yourself as an expert. Don't pitch; provide value and solutions in relevant groups. Delivering Your Beta: Keep the beta timeframe reasonable; don't drag it out. Consider compressing content for faster feedback and testimonials. Adjust the delivery cadence as needed. Volume Considerations: Determine how much content to deliver and the number of participants. A smaller, engaged group can lead to deeper transformations. Expect drop-offs; not everyone will complete the program. Order of Delivery: Keep your beta program flexible; adjust content based on feedback. Identify gaps and eliminate unnecessary fluff. Get feedback from participants to fine-tune your program. Go Live: Build excitement for your beta on social media. Ensure participants understand what's expected of them. Secure sign-ups and commitment for feedback. Conclusion: Running a successful beta can set the stage for a thriving coaching program. Check out our on-demand training for more insights. Remember, it's time-sensitive, so act today!…

Today, I'm excited to share an experience that happened just yesterday, which taught me some invaluable lessons. It's all about what happens when things go terribly wrong. So, let's dive right in. Lesson 1: Problems vs. Solutions So, here's the backdrop: I had a massive joint venture workshop lined up, a culmination of weeks of planning. My partner had worked tirelessly to bring in an audience. Everything was meticulously prepared – the decks, sales pages, even special bonuses. This was a big moment for us. Lesson 2: The Unexpected Trigger The day was going smoothly until an unexpected storm hit Northern Ireland, with thunder and lightning that hadn't been forecast. At 16:51, just minutes before showtime, my worst nightmare came true – my Mac suddenly powered off. Panic set in, but I quickly checked the circuit breakers and realized it was a widespread power outage. Lesson 3: Reacting Under Pressure With only minutes to go, I had to think fast. I needed to contact my partner to let her know what had happened because I was the only one who could start the session. But there was no phone signal, no Wi-Fi, no 3G, no 4G – nothing. Time was ticking, and I couldn't reach anyone. I even tried to reach my mother-in-law for help, but she had no electricity either. Lesson 4: The Power of Relationships Eventually, I managed to get a message to my partner. The real twist here was that all registrants were on my database, not hers. It taught me the importance of ensuring joint venture partners have access to their contacts, especially in emergencies. But the most incredible part was my partner's response. She was incredibly understanding, even though she had entrusted her audience to me for the first time. Our strong relationship made all the difference. Conclusion So, in hindsight, here's what I've learned. When problems arise, it's crucial to put on your solution hat. Unexpected triggers can happen, and your reactions define your business's resilience. Relationships you've built can save the day when the worst occurs. Remember, in the grand scheme of things, nobody died, and the meaning we attach to such situations is within our control. If you'd like to catch the live workshop that didn't happen last night, check out the link here . You'll get to experience the value and learn how to create and sell out your group coaching program in just three days. Don't miss it! Oh my goodness, what a wild ride it has been. In this episode, I'll be sharing my key takeaways from Alex Hermozi's book launch for his $100 million leads book, following his successful $100 million offers book. Key Takeaway 1: Are We Playing Small? Many online entrepreneurs underestimate the effort required to build a successful business. Some believe that a few social media posts or a handful of sales calls are sufficient. I even found myself thinking I was playing big, but in comparison to the big players, I was still playing small. So, ask yourself: Are you playing small? Are you expecting a million-dollar business with minimal effort? Key Takeaway 2: Leading with Value Leading with value was a major revelation for me. I've always believed in "what but not how," but I realized the importance of providing immense value upfront and then selling the implementation. Are you leading with real value, or are you just posting without substance on social media? Key Takeaway 3: We Don't Know What We Don't Know The saying "we don't know what we don't know" resonates deeply with me. Listening to Alex's book, I initially felt like I knew it all, but I had two breakthrough moments towards the end. It's vital to remain open and receptive to new knowledge and not assume you've mastered everything. Key Takeaway 4: The Habits of Success Success isn't about intermittent good habits; it's about consistent, high-performance habits. I've had periods of great habits, followed by lapses, but success requires ongoing commitment. Evaluate your daily habits—are they aligned with those of a high-performance entrepreneur? Conclusion This episode might have been triggering for some, but remember, growth often comes from confronting our triggers. Join our live workshop to learn the "Converting Coaching Formula" and how to create and sell out your coaching programs in just three days. Episode 92: Exploring 5 Blind Spots I Discovered Introduction: Hey there, wonderful listeners! Welcome back to another awesome episode of the Maeve Ferguson Podcast. I'm thrilled to dive into a topic that's close to my heart - the five blind spots I recently uncovered. These insights are valuable for everyone, and I'm excited to share them with you today. The Amazing Guest: Before we jump in, let me tell you about an incredible guest who's soon joining us for episode 100. Amelia, an exceptional real estate investment coach and a dear friend, will be gracing our podcast. She's all about building generational wealth through real estate, and I can't wait for you to hear her insights. Keep an eye out for her episode! You can take Amelia's quiz here Blind Spot 1: Stories I Tell Myself: Lat weekend, I had the pleasure of hosting Amelia, who's both a client and a friend. Spending time together opened my eyes to a massive blind spot: the stories I've unknowingly crafted around my personal life. I thought I was free from these narratives, but turns out, I had built quite a collection, especially after the arrival of my second child. I realized that personal transformation is an ongoing journey, and it's easy to get trapped in stories we create. It's time to question those narratives! Action Step: Take a moment to reflect on the narratives you've constructed about your life. Are they true, or are they just stories? Imagine someone giving you a reality check - a "wet fish slap" - to wake you up to the fact that these are just stories. What would that wake-up call look like for you? Blind Spot 2: Solutions in Business vs. Personal Life: I pride myself on being solution-oriented in my business, helping coaches find solutions for their challenges. However, when it came to my personal life, I realized I was stuck in a different mindset. A wedding invitation arrived that required me to travel, leaving my children behind. Initially, I felt overwhelmed and believed it was impossible. But Amelia's perspective and support helped me see that creative solutions are possible when we're open to them. Action Step: Think about a problem you're facing in your personal life. Are you approaching it with the same solution-oriented mindset you have in your business? Challenge yourself to consider alternative solutions, even if they seem unconventional. Blind Spot 3: The Value of Rest and Relaxation: I've always been passionate about my work, often neglecting rest and relaxation. Spending quality time with Amelia made me realize that downtime and laughter are just as crucial as work. During our spa day and heart-to-heart conversations, I felt rejuvenated. It hit me that rest is an essential component of high performance. Action Step: Evaluate your work-life balance. Are you giving yourself enough time to rest and relax? Consider activities that recharge you, whether it's binge-watching a show, reading a book, or simply spending time with loved ones. Blind Spot 4: The Power of a Dream Team: Having a supportive and capable team can make or break your business. When I fell ill, my incredible copywriting coach stepped up and saved the day. This highlighted the importance of having a dream team to rely on, even outside of business contexts. Action Step: Reflect on your team, both in your business and personal life. Are you nurturing a network of support? Whether it's colleagues, friends, or family, having a strong support system can make a world of difference. Blind Spot 5: The Health and High-Performance Connection: My health and diet habits were often all or nothing - extreme periods of discipline followed by indulgent days. However, I realized that my well-being directly impacts my business performance. Aligning health and high performance became a priority, as I recognized that a balanced approach yields better results. Action Step: Consider the connection between your health and your ability to perform in your professional life. How can you integrate healthier habits that contribute to your overall high performance? Remember, it's not about perfection, but consistent progress. Conclusion: That's a wrap on today's episode, where we explored five eye-opening blind spots I discovered. Remember, we're all on a journey of growth, and recognizing our blind spots is a step toward becoming our best selves. Episode 91 - 7 Massive Mistakes to Avoid when it comes to Creating & Selling Out Your Group Coaching Offer I'm thrilled to have you join me for today's episode. In this episode, I'll be sharing the seven massive mistakes I often see expert coaches and newcomers make when they're creating and launching their group coaching programs. Expensive Mistake #1 - Creating Inadequate Group Coaching Offers: Many coaches mistakenly believe that their group coaching offer only consists of coaching calls, a Facebook group, and digital training. Unfortunately, this approach often leads to frustration as it fails to attract the right clients. I've noticed this pattern among frustrated coaches who feel like they're hitting a wall with their efforts. In response to this, I'm excited to share a free live workshop where I'll guide you through creating a converting group coaching offer in just three days. You can find the workshop link here Expensive Mistake #2 - Overemphasizing Cohorts: I've come across coaches who believe their program can only be successful within a cohort model. However, it's important to realize that effective onboarding and content delivery can extend beyond this approach. Expensive Mistake #3 - Ineffectively Using Social Media: A common error is consistently posting on social media without targeting the right audience. I'll touch upon the audience attraction system and how crucial it is to engage your ideal clients with relevant content. Expensive Mistake #4 - Overwhelming or Underwhelming Offers: Some coaches tend to go overboard or offer too little in their group coaching programs. In other words, they either stuff their offer with unnecessary elements or leave it feeling empty. I'll explain why striking a balance and providing meaningful content is key to avoiding these pitfalls. Expensive Mistake #5 - Incorrect Pricing and Naming: Pricing and naming your coaching offer is another challenge I've noticed. Using abstract terms or confusing names can turn potential clients away. It's essential to keep it simple and clear, while also ensuring your pricing reflects your journey and expertise. Expensive Mistake #6 - Traditional Approach to Content Creation: Instead of relying on traditional brainstorming, I recommend harnessing the power of AI to understand your ideal clients' needs. By doing so, you can gain insights into what clients truly desire and are willing to pay for. Expensive Mistake #7 - Fear of Selling: Many coaches struggle with discomfort or anxiety when it comes to selling their coaching offers. I firmly believe that if you have the ability to help someone transform, it's your moral obligation to make the offer. Waiting for the perfect moment is a trap; taking proactive steps to make offers is crucial for success. Conclusion: To wrap up, I've discussed the seven major mistakes coaches should avoid. If you're looking to transform your group coaching offer from "take it or leave it" to "gotta have it," I invite you to join me in a free live workshop. During the workshop, I'll share insights into the four keys of the converting coaching formula and how to sell out your coaching programs in just three days. I'm looking forward to connecting with you at the upcoming workshop.…

The Maeve Ferguson Podcast

Welcome back to the Maeve Ferguson Podcast! I'm thrilled to have you here for our 90th episode. It's incredible to think that we're approaching the 100-episode milestone on this journey together. In today's episode, I'll be sharing six valuable insights that I gained from my recent holiday experience. Holiday Reflections I've just returned from a wonderful few days away with my husband and our two little ones. During the drive home, I had some powerful realizations that I'm excited to share with you today. These insights aren't just personal; they can be applied to your business and your life as well. Insight 1: Embracing Passion for Work The first and most significant realization was that I genuinely love what I do. While on holiday, I found it challenging to detach from work because I'm so passionate about it. The excitement of working on new projects and ideas made it hard to follow the conventional notion of switching off during holidays. This insight highlighted the privilege of having a career that doesn't feel like work at all. Insight 2: The Value of a Supportive Team Another major lesson was the importance of having a reliable team. Although there were a few challenges while I was away, my team handled most things seamlessly. They managed calls, assisted clients, and kept things running smoothly, allowing me to relax and enjoy my time. The significance of a dedicated team that has your back is truly priceless. Insight 3: Client Quality Shapes Life Quality I've always known this, but the holiday reinforced it: the quality of your clients impacts your life as a coach. Working with amazing, respectful clients who understand the need for breaks is invaluable. Building a community of supportive and understanding clients is a treasure beyond measure. Insight 4: Balancing Self-Care Amidst Family Time As any parent knows, a family holiday with young children isn't always a break for yourself. I realized that I hadn't truly taken time for myself during the holiday The importance of incorporating self-care into family time became crystal clear. Just like the airplane oxygen mask analogy, taking care of ourselves allows us to better care for others. Insight 5: Planning for a Smooth Return I've always been a planning enthusiast, but this holiday taught me the value of planning for the return. After being engrossed in a recent bootcamp, I hadn't fully prepared for my comeback. Returning to work without a clear game plan took extra time to reorient and catch up. This experience highlighted the necessity of having a solid plan for post-holiday reintegration. Insight 6: The Magic of Fresh Air and Quiet The final realization was the incredible impact of fresh air and silence on creativity. Being away near the coast brought an influx of ideas and inspiration. It's easy to get caught up in the details while working on computers, but stepping back can lead to innovative thoughts. Fresh air and quiet space fostered amazing ideas that I'm excited to pursue in the coming months. Conclusion And there you have it - the six powerful lessons I learned from my recent holiday. Loving what you do, relying on a supportive team, cherishing quality clients, prioritizing self-care, planning for returns, and embracing the inspiration of fresh air and silence. I'm grateful for the opportunity to share these insights with you. Stay tuned for more exciting content in future episodes as we continue this journey together. Thank you for joining me in this episode of the Maeve Ferguson Podcast. Don't forget to subscribe, and I look forward to connecting with you again next week.…
