But since that didn't come with our kids, it's something we have to learn on our own.
So, today's episode is all about BOUNDARIES.
No they're not harsh or hard or rude.
It's a simple process of respecting yourself and helping people treat you the way you want to be treated. It's VITAL for your self care and emotional health.
If you're experiencing resentment, anger, lack of self esteem, always people pleasing and more, chances are you might need to begin flexing your BOUNDARIES.
