We have been receiving numerous requests to touch on strength training with general population and what our approach is? Our philosophy is simple, what are the clients needs versus their wants and how do we develop an individual comprehensive training program. We base this off of filling their training buckets, (listen to Brendon Rearick, a co-owner and educator with CFSC who breaks down this concept). This is such an important topic to touch on because we see so many things in the health and fitness industry that are meant to look cool and offer zero benefits to anyone. It is about a training program not a workout, don't just pick a bunch of cool exercises out of a bucket and call it training. You can't fit a square peg in a round hole. Hope you all enjoy!
