This week, Karen is joined by Jackie Carter, Professor in Statistical Literacy at the University of Manchester, to talk about how to make data analytics careers accessible to all. In this episode, Jackie highlights the importance of opening the field to more diverse backgrounds as many university degrees now include courses in data analytics. She explains how social science students, for example, add value to data teams, bringing a different perspective focusing on the why of behaviours.
