We are super excited to have had the chance to sit down with Melissa Tomlinson, a founding member of Badass Teachers Association, as well as a member of NJ21United and NJEA! We learned a lot about what teachers like us can do in order to move agendas forward - and what unions are unable to do (since we've done some complaining about the union in our time).
