Meanwhile, the incoming President was in Washington DC today to meet with the outgoing President. President Joe Biden greeted Mr. Trump, saying, “Welcome back.” Mr. Biden promised Mr. Trump a smooth transition of power and that he would do all he could to make sure Mr. Trump was accommodated.
