In this episode I talk to you about grief and what I have gone through with losing my mom. My only hope is that this could help someone. Shoutout to my counsellors from the past year, who helped me process so much and gave me so many ideas and coping mechanisms. I highly recommend counselling in general but it's a must for processing a huge loss like this, and facing one of the hardest things you will ever go through.
