Growing up in Taiwan, children are accustomed to a long, yellow cake that is called the "honey cake".
Technically, this cake dates back to the 16th century, and is a cake that came all the way from Portugal.
In this episode, Klim is going to give us some background to the most seen cake in Taiwan, the castella cake.
