Let us begin to pay close attention to the things we hear; for what we hear goes into our hearing. And then, we begin to ponder those things which we heard, so it goes to our heart. As we dwell on what we pondered, that thing goes to our mind. Finally, out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies.
