Lee was once the commercial director and the financial director for the UK’s largest and independent education businesses coming into the business at a young age. Prior to that, Lee started out his career as an auditor and worked his way up to being an exceptionally well-known entrepreneur, now working with brands and businesses across the world. Todays episode we take a look at the effects of being in a leadership position and how it impacts your mental wellbeing. As well as the struggles of being an entrepreneur, being the face of your business and the constant pressure to achieve success. We discover from a young age Lee grew up surrounded by numbers, whether it was daily life or his family teaching him “if you can understand numbers you can understand anything!” It was this initial lesson that set him out onto a successful career.
