She has led and managed teams of 300+, led execution of transformational programs over $10 million USD per year, and led communication and market strategies for leading companies, including the EPM Group, EPM Foundation, ProColombia, and the International Cooperation and investment Agency for Medellin. She currently works in NYC as Associate Director of Development for NY/Latam for the Nature Conservancy.

Sector specialization in poverty reduction, entrepreneurship, education and culture, FDI and international relations.
