From being the CEO and Founder of You Body Care, a company that innovated customizable, waterless shower gel that actually smells good, in the form of powder packets that break down into clean energy in the environment.
She also founded the Spearhead Group, a women-owned business that helps others with sustainable packaging solutions. As if this wasn't enough- she was the recipient of the 2020 Tory Burch Foundation Fellows Program! She spent more than 20 years in executive management for many different brands, including AXE!
In this episode we talk about how she tackled the huge problem of shower gel, how each year she can keep more than 1 BILLION plastic bottles of body wash out of the landfill system, how she was able to get her products to breakdown into clean energy, and how she plans to scale.
