Have you ever stopped to think about how many things FEAR really prevents us from doing?
It's a scary thought.
This week I had the daunting task of getting a tooth pulled. It took me a day to wrap my head around doing it, and I was beyond scared, but I did it anyway. I knew that the tooth no longer served me and could only make things worse by keeping, so l leaned into and handled it.
It was awful, can't lie about that. But it's done. I did it.
