With over 25 years of experience in technology, media, and financial services, he is a passionate thought leader and a champion of women, diversity, and STEAM education initiatives.
Prior to Encantos, Steven held executive positions at the Publicis Groupe, Univision, and Akamai Technologies. Under his leadership, Encantos was named one of the top 100 startups in 2020 by Business Insider and included in Fast Company’s list of most innovative companies in 2021. Currently, Steven lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two children.
