Today will be the first time I go a lot deeper into breaking down the difference between health and weight loss. I think too often it's clumped together, and it's way easier understood when broken apart. It's totally possible to be healthy and gaining weight, and it's totally possible to be not so healthy and be losing weight. From there I go into MrBeast's newest "controversy", along with Netflix's 24hr backtrack on their newest password guidelines.
