Mike Ochstein of Price Realty Corporation is a multifamily veteran to say the least, with over 30 years in the business. Listen in to hear about how Mike got his start in multifamily as one of the original multifamily brokers in Dallas back in the 1980s, which ultimately led him to purchase his first property in the late 80s.
