  James Gunn was set to return for Guardians of the Galaxy 2 before Guardians of the Galaxy 1 even opened. But it seems his vision extends even beyond that. In a new interview he reveals he’s already been thinking about Guardians of the Galaxy 3, and has been since he was working on the first one.

• ‘Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb’ Trailer

  I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical about a third installment in this franchise. I was quite pleasantly surprised by both of the previous films, so maybe I should have had a little faith.

• ‘Exodus: Gods and Kings’ Trailer 3

  I continue to hold out very little hope that in terms of the Biblical narrative this will actually be a good film. I expect it to be unfaithful to the text. But at the same time, I doubt it will be as bad as Noah was.
