Today we share our conversation with Haley Altman, founder and CEO of Doxly, which was recently acquired. Haley tells her story from the point of view of a former big law partner specializing in corporate transactions. In that senior role, she personally felt a pain point and looked to the market for a solution. Finding none, she founded Doxly, a company that manages corporate legal transactions. Recently, Doxly was acquired and integrated into document life cycle powerhouse Litera Microsystems.
