More about this week's guest, Mark Lemke: Mark is a full-time mediator, with over 2,500 cases to date, and an excellent resolution rate. Over my 20+ years as an attorney, he has served as Plaintiff's, Defense, and Insurance Coverage counsel, so is uniquely qualified to assess risk. He earned my LL.M. at the prestigious Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. He has served as a Temporary Judge and Judicial Settlement Officer. He has also served on mediation panels for the EEOC, DFEH, California Courts of Appeal, District Court, and County Bar. Mark is admitted to the American Arbitration Association for their Employment and Commercial mediation panels and is the Past-President of the Southern California Mediation Association (SCMA). In his free time, he enjoy SCUBA diving (certified Rescue Diver and Divemaster), and growing orchids.
