We discuss the issues employers may face in a similar situation, and the importance of careful consideration when looking at selection criteria in a redundancy process.
- Following the departures of football managers, Jürgen Klopp and Emma Hayes from Liverpool and Chelsea Women’s Football Clubs respectively, we discuss the importance of succession planning in an organisation’s leadership, specifically the importance of getting the messaging right.
