In this episode, Laura and Tessa spoke with Sabina Nawaz about how leaders can thrive in their roles, being a woman in the workplace, and believing your worth.

Sabina Nawaz immigrated to the US from India, and began her career at Microsoft following undergraduate studies at Smith College. She spent 15 years at the company across functional areas, including software development and human resources. Sabina eventually became the Senior Director of Leadership, Management, Employee Development and launched several worldwide programs to help identify and cultivate Microsoft’s current and future leaders.

Today, she is a 1:1 executive leadership coach for CEOs and high-potential employees, and has been running her successful consulting firm for nearly 20 years.

To hear more about Sabina's story, watch her TedX talk here - it's got nearly 25k views! She also references a Harvard Business Review article she wrote about micro-habits and 'yes lists', which you can read here.
