Hurricane Helene's historic devastation to North Carolina has raised concerns about the possible voter turnout in the western part of the state. Both candidates will be making final stops there just days out from the election. Meanwhile, residents are doing their best to recover their lives following storm's destruction.
FOX’s John Saucier speaks with FOX's Mark Meredith, Washington D.C. correspondent reporting from Asheville, North Carolina, who says seeing the destruction firsthand is shocking but the state is working hard so residents can cast their vote.
