In this conversation, Brett and Laura take this concept of investing your time a step further. Now, you should be looking for someone who has the money and wants to invest but doesn’t have the time. If you find this money partner, you can do all the planning and organizing for this deal while they handle the funds. This is how major investors like Grant Cardone set up their deals. By using other people’s money as capital to invest in real estate.
