This is the moment I could put into words the feelings that churned inside me and the mixed emotions after a mothers death. Hopefully this episode will resonate with someone out there following their own loss and working to understand the feelings that they have and the void they’ve been dropped in. We are told to be strong and accept but acceptance and remembering the “good times” isn’t always easy. Your grief is your own and no one can tell you how best to do it or how it should be done.
