John Shanahan.....If you take a stroll along The Blueway in Clonmel you'll come across a house with some amazing wood carvings, they could be of The Main Guard, Christy Moore or Rachael Blackmore, in fact there's quite a few of them and on this week's Clonmel Podcast I chat to John Shanahan the man who carved them. John not only talks about the carvings, but also his days growing up in town, his love of hurling and being involved in the carpentry profession for many years.
Also on this episode I chat to members of The Clonmel Triathlon Club, news on Forest Bathing at Crotty's Lake, and art exhibition comes to the Clonmel Library and lots more.
