The BBAS crew, along with our good friend Jim Fitzpatrick, are back in the studio this week to delve headfirst into the short, sweet and mostly unknown Powell Peralta video, Camp Motherhood! Developed primarily as a tradeshow video- promotional material to support Powell’s 1989 sales and marketing initiatives- Camp Motherhood is an interesting time capsule, inadvertently bridging the gap between where Public Domain left off and Ban This started, and marking an infamous era for the ‘Brigade that saw the introduction of the notorious Field Manual, the exit of Mike Vallely, and numerous other changes beginning to manifest under the surface.
