As a former lawyer and Electoral Councilor at the National Electoral Institute in Mexico, Pamela has dedicated her career to advancing human rights, freedom of expression, and democratic institutions, aiding her role as a consultant on elections, democracy, and human rights. Lama is a member of the 4th Class of Foundry Fellows. She currently works as a Senior Associate at the Glen Echo Group in Washington, DC — a communications and public relations firm specializing in tech policy. At the Glen Echo Group, Lama works on policy and communications within artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and privacy.
