𝗪𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗱 & 𝘄𝗶𝗳𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗱. As mothers and wives, we often put the needs of our children and spouse first. However, we have to take care of ourselves to thrive as mothers and wives. We can't pour into our family and friends if we're pouring from an empty cup. A lot of the times we may feel bad for taking time for ourselves but in reality, if we don't we can't be our best selves.
