It’s time to hunker down and watch some Michael Shannon this week as we dig into Take Shelter from 2011. It was brought to our attention as many consider it to contain one of Shannon’s best performances on screen and, by God, we do love a Michael Shannon performance here at Spoiler Filled, how could we resist?! Our love for Shannon remains undiminished, but we are a little more divided about the successfulness of the film as a whole.
