Dr. Ayman Ahmed is working in the Egyptian space program for 18 years and holds a bachelor of Communication Engineering, is an MSc in Satellite Engineering, has a Ph.D. in communications Engineering in Satellite Imaging Systems, postdoctoral research in small satellite tests. He has experience working with high-speed computer systems for satellites, hyperspectral space imaging systems, the use of artificial intelligence systems and technologies onboard satellites, development of integrated satellite systems, satellite constellations. He has research experience in satellite imaging systems and participated in 6 projects related to space and satellite technologies, most notably team lead to produce the first Egyptian satellite computer and head of the research team to develop the first Egyptian-made Nanosatellite satellite. The patent in the field of improving the performance of electronic systems in the space environment, in addition to 28 types of research international and local conferences and magazines in the field of space and satellites. He is a member of international organizations, like the Space Generation Advisory Council for Egypt and the Middle East. Member of the African union space Working Group on the Development of the African Space. Policy and Strategy - African Union. North Africa Coordinator for Earth observation Group.
