In this episode we explore what physiological birth is, how it can be so impactful in empowering women to embrace their bodies and their natural wisdom and strength. We discuss how learning about our bodies natural process and allowing that process to be completed can be fulfilling and help us prepare for motherhood. And finally, we share our deep belief that all women in every walk of life should find something that is fulfilling and empowering to them.
