I am in love with this trend of turning your new years goals into a bingo board! It not only helps me create a visual of my goals and my progress for the year, but it also gives me more tangible steps towards reaching my overall intentions.
The idea behind a goals bingo board is that you take a traditional bingo board with 5 columns and rows to create 25 objectives that you want to accomplish for the year. The columns of each letter are themed to help guide you towards a more fulfilling and well-rounded goal setting strategy
B - balance (physical and mental health)
I - income (earnings and financial stability)
N - nurture (relationships and connections)
G - growth (career development)
O - opportunities (other personal growth hobbies and life experiences
This way if you hit a “bingo” across your board you have made well-rounded progress towards goals in all areas of your life.
